How We Created Constant Power LED Signs With No Visible Wiring?!

After completing a full environmental graphics brand refresh, the client was thrilled with the transformation — so much so that they immediately brought us another challenge. They asked us to design, visualize, and install a sleek, modern LED sign that delivered continuous illumination with a clean, minimal look. Their top priority was achieving a seamless finish with no exposed wiring or visible hardware, allowing the sign to blend beautifully into their new space while making a bold visual statement.

Create, render and install a modern LED sign with uninterrupted power, zero visible wiring, and a seamless, backless appearance.
02_Solution
We first color-matched paint to their corporate branding, then welded aluminum into the shape of their logo. Next, we silicone-sealed acrylic to diffuse the light, added light chains to the back plate, and installed standoffs. This setup allows the light to refract off the back plate and glow through the acrylic.
To achieve the glow effect the customer wanted on matte walls, we used a halo lighting setup. This provides even illumination around the letters without creating shadows on the matte surface. For installation, we specified the power locations to the GC, and our installers aligned everything using a printed template we created.
